City of Memphis 2021 Special Enrollment for Pre-65 Spouses

 January 25 to February 3, 2021
 

If you are an over 65 retired commissioned Police, Fire Fighter, Dispatcher or Paramedic Retiree and you have a Pre 65 spouse or dependent you now have the option to enroll that pre 65 spouse in the City of Memphis BlueCross BlueShield Medical Plan during a special Enrollment January 25 to February 3, 2021.

You must go immediately to www.totalrewards.memphistn.gov or call 901-636-6800 and secure a date and time for the enrollment period Jan 15-Feb 3 2021. 

You must pre-schedule a date and time so don’t wait, log in today and set up your appointment between January 25 and Feb 3, 2021.
 
This is a result of the Sales Tax Referendum from the hard work of the MFFA and MPA plus a lot of other folks. So if you are on Medicare and your wife is under 65 years of age she can now come back on the City's plan.
 
1. Log in at www.totalrewards.memphistn.gov or call 901-636-6800 and make
    Appointment for a date and time,
2. On that date and time you will enroll your spouse in their new City health plan
3. On March 1, 2021 your spouse’s health insurance will begin with Blue Cross
    Blue Shield
